WITT flashback arrestors are used to protect single cylinders, outlet points or pipelines against gas back feeding and flashback and meet various National and International Standards e.g. EN730. Appropriate checks are made by the certification authorities - BAM, TÜV and Underwriters Laboratories etc. Pressure control systems, points of use and complete energy supply systems (MECS) incorporate these devices.
