Description
The work piece carriers are filled with individual components which are loaded at the manual working station. The work piece carrier run through the whole process chain after they are released. The process chain consists of aligning and joining the welding partners, laser welding with a 1 kW LASER, leak and function test and laser marking. The cycle time is 20 s. To avoid warpage the welding process is done extremely fast. All process data are gathered and saved in a database to provide full product traceability.
