Description
There are several PCBs and SMD parts and wired components that need to be soldered. The selective soldering is possible with miniwave offers especially made for large quantities of solder joints. The miniwave can be used from a free space of 2 mm around the solder area. The quick changeable nozzle makes the process flexible and applicable to various solder joints. The tin coating of copper stands and skinning of lacquered wires is also possible in miniwaves.
The selective soldering derives from wave soldering, restricting the solder area. It is a result of the reduction of the solder wave and the soldering bath size to smaller solder nozzles. This item can be differentiated between dipping and dragging the work piece in liquid solder applications. Digging means dipping the workpiece in a stationary miniwave.
