Gel coat plants Because of the high pump pressure ratio of 45:1 the extremely robustly manufactured gel coat spraying plant guarantees perfect results every time. The dosing ratio of the two components is controlled by mechanically linked pumps which, once set, cannot go out of ratio. Peroxides may be used undiluted direct from the original keg. This gel coat spraying system is ideal for integration into automatic, CNC controlled plants, so called robotic spraying.
