Applications
Stopping one or more accumulated pallet holders at defined stop areas. Application for conveying shock-sensitive or fragile parts. Use of the separating stop in automatic assembly and handling systems. Pneumatic activation with infinitely adjustable damping. Sturdy and economical separating stop with damping. The impact force is consequently reduced by up to 95% in comparison to separating stops without damping. Can be used at conveyor speeds of 6 m/min to 36 m/min. Weights can be damped from around 250 g and higher. The DBS15 separating stop uses an electronic sensor to detect the upper and lower position of the stopping plate. The separating stop DBS15 can be mounted to the Bosch Rexroth TS1 transfer system without adapter plate.

The single acting separating stop DBS15 can be steered dual acting, so that the start-up of the stop plate is accelerated and the separating stop is ready for next separation process faster.

Fine adjustment
Damping force and damping speed can be set on the top of the device:
+ = increase damping force
- = decrease damping force
