Applications
Stopping one or more accumulated pallet holders at defined stop areas. Application for conveying shock-sensitive or fragile parts. Use of the separating stop in automatic assembly and handling systems. Pneumatic activation with infinitely adjustable damping. Sturdy and economical separating stop with damping. The impact force is consequently reduced by up to 95% in comparison to separating stops without damping. Can be used at conveyor speeds of 6 m/min to 36 m/min. The DBSUSR270 separating stop uses a proximity switch to detect the upper and lower position of the stopping plate. The DBSUSR270 separating stop also works in the smallest space. Specially developed for very narrow installation spaces between the individual transport rollers of various roller conveyor systems.

Single acting
When depressurized, the separating stop goes into the lock position via a spring, thus contributing significantly to process safety.
