Applications
Stopping one or more accumulated pallet holders at defined stop areas. Use of the separating stop in automatic assembly and handling systems. Activated pneumatically. Sturdy and economical separating stop without damping. Can be used at conveyor speeds of 6 m/min to 36 m/min.
The separating stop D0120 is protected against dust and dirt by an additional cover. It is distinguished by its resistance to media in particular. Very stable design. The separating stop D0120 can be mounted to the Bosch Rexroth TS2plus transfer system without adapter plate.

Single acting
When depressurized, the separating stop goes into the lock position via a spring, thus contributing significantly to process safety.
Dual acting
When depressurized, the separating stop remains at the position last moved to, thus increasing the lowering force and enabling higher accumulated loads to be separated and stopped.
