During cell culture processes, the most appropriate atmosphere (CO2, O2, humidity and temperature), should be maintained for optimising the culture. Skin cells tests, for instance, require a low oxygen percentage (around 2%), a 37°C temperature and an ultraviolet irradiation from time to time.
