Different types of Xaloy changers are available to fill your cost-performance need:

Manual changers: EM series. Our simplest, lowest-cost changers.

Pneumatic changers: XP series. Use the plant’s air supply to index the slide plate.

Hydraulic changers: EH series. Fast hydraulic actuation allows filter changes without shutting down the extruder.

Continuous changers: DBC series. Automatically maintain filter performance without production interruption.
High-capacity changers: SPC series. Can filter polymer at rates from 6,000 to 60,000 lb/h (approx 2700 to 27,000 kg/h) or more.
