Diamond abrasive product for honing / polishing XEBEC TECHNOLOGY

Diamond abrasives-impregnated Ceramic Fiber Stone.
Efficiently polishes materials harder than HRC57 (from hardened steel to cemented carbide).

Features:
-Both the Stick and the Rod types can be used to polish with the tip or the sides of the tools.
-Ideal for polishing after EDM and wire cut processing.
-Also ideal for polishing ribs and deburring edges and corners.
-Can be formed into desired shapes, such as a thinner tips.
-Can be used even more efficiently when attached to tools (electric, air, or ultrasonic).

Usage:
-Ideal for polishing extremely hard die and mold (especially materials harder than HRC57).
-Usage can be specified for "Surface polishing", "Finishing ribs after EDM", "Finishing gates after EDM", "Finishing and deburring corners", "Finishing and deburring edges", "Chamfering corners (to be rounded or chamfered)".
