Our gas mass flow meters are equipped with Yamatake’s original “µ Flow” (Microflow) MEMS-type thermal displacement sensor. They offer high-speed, high-accuracy mass flow measurement without any need for temperature and/or pressure compensation.
A wide range of functionalities are available including instantaneous flow output, integration function + event output, analog output and more.
