They have UL/cUL recognition for gaseous Class I, Division 2 hazardous locations or corrosive environments and have been shown to significantly reduce downtime and/or maintenance costs.
They offer greater shock/vibration resistance than electromechanical relays and better voltage isolation versus solid state relays.
These multi-pole relays have pilot duty inductive switch ratings of 360VA (AC), 69VA (DC) and horsepower ratings of 0.5 & 1/8 HP respectively. For low-level loads, they exhibit a wiping action that keeps contact resistance very low and stable.
2, 3 and 5 pole configurations of normally open and normally closed contacts are available.
