Increased Comfort — As buildings begin using more outdoor air to improve indoor air quality (IAQ), ERV's become economically attractive for helping control heating, cooling and humidity levels in the conditioned space. By tempering the intake air temperature and humidity to levels closer to those of the indoor air, the ERV helps make IAQ more consistant with fewer fluctuations for the HVAC system to react to, thus the cost of frequent air exchanges is greatly reduced.

Maximum Efficiency — The York® MaxaMi$er ERV directly mounts to the packaged air conditioning system for optimum operation and performance. Not only does the ERV reduce cooling and heating loads they eliminate the cost of additional ductwork and dampers associated with IAQ applications with an exclusive balancing damper making the proper mix of exhaust and intake air simple to set.

True Economizer Operation — Under proper conditions economizers offer significant savings by using cool outside air to condition a building without running the compressor(s). Most ERV systems offer limited economizer operation, but with the York® MaxaMi$er ERV system economizer operation is not hampered as the ERV wheel is removed from the airsteam for full, economical economizer operation.
