This "Plunger Style" mechanical Rapidex has been designed for simple indexing. The mechanics of this unit provide a One Ton of spindle clamping force with Zero backlashes. This tapered locking bar mechanism provides maximum rigidity. With no servo motors these indexers are perfect for simple indexing on multi pallet shuttling VMC's and HMC's, because there are no cable management issues. The visedex comes complete with 4 machining chucks and end support mounted on a fixture plate and base plate.
