Referred to as 'Waterfall Elevators' these sort the closures whilst elevating them to replace separate elevators and sorters. Cap contact is minimal and they are suitable for high speed cap sorting/elevating and also for large diameter closures. Normally no change parts are required for further cap sizes. Due to the limited capacity of the storage bin at the base of the Waterfall, a separate bulk feeding system is required.

Suitable for high speed sorting of small closures, such as beverage caps.

Suitable for large diameter closures such as coffee jar caps - shown with a Mobile storage bin, which is available of either 425 litre or 1,000 litre capacity.
