Zalkin cap elevators supply a metered and controlled quantity of caps to rotary cap orienters at speeds up to 2,000 cpm (120,000 cph). They are designed to perform two primary functions: Supply a metered quantity of closures from the bins or hoppers where they have been loaded, and Deliver these closures to the cap orientation system at the required elevation. Zalkin cap elevators are available for a wide range of cap types and sizes including: •Screw-on closures, for plastic screw caps •Roll-on closures, for aluminum caps •Push-in closures, for T-corks, stoppers, and plugs •Snap-on closures, for snap-caps and lids •Screw-on + roll-on, for TOPP (Torque On Pilfer Proof) wine bottle closures •Insert + close (for pumps and triggers) They are compatible with the full range of Zalkin capping system technologies including rotary monobloc, rotary freestanding and single-head cappers.
