* TYPE OF PACKAGE: on tray, with heat shrink film wrapped around, including bottom overlapping and sealing.
* EFFECTIVE SPEED: bundles/min. = 120 cycles/min. on double lane.
* PRODUCT FEED: (without supplementary conveyor): on a conveyor positioned in-line to the exit, products in bulk on conveyor.
* PRODUCT FEED: (with supplementary conveyor): on a conveyor positioned in-line to the exit, products in bulk on conveyor. Multipacks must be conveyed directly on the main conveyor belt, with row quantity and lay-out to meet bundle requirements.

* FILM FEED: off reel with diameter up to 500-550 mm.
* TRAY FEED: the open, blank cases are picked up by suction cups from a large capacity magazine located under the product feed unit.
* TRAY TYPE: rectangular or octagonal (specify), made from flat blank cases. The finished tray has 4 flaps secured and glued by hot-melt glue.
* TRAY EDGE HEIGHT: to be specified.
* GLUE TYPE: Hot melt applied by a Nordson spray gluing unit.
* WRAPPING TYPE: by heat-shrink film. After fully wrapping the bundle, the film overlaps itself at the bottom. The two overlapping film sections under the product are sealed by hot air as the product passes through the retraction tunnel.
* FILM TYPE: as per specifications.
* EXIT: the product exits the retraction tunnel on 2 lanes located side by side.
* ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: to CE standards.
* ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS: our standard supply.
* GUARDS: to CE standards.
* ELECTRICAL CONNECTION: 5-pole on terminal board inside the control panel (3-phase, neutral and ground).
