In order to make natural gas suitable for utilisation as fuel in motor vehicles, it is essential to remove suspended solid particles and to ensure that the gas is dry (i.e. that it contains no water)! On the one hand this ensures reliable operation of the vehicles by preventing clogging and corrosion of vital vehicle components such as the fuel system and the fuel tank.
On the other hand, natural gas fuel filling stations are not subject to disturbances, for example at compressor intakes or due to freezing at the fuel pumps, so that availability is ensured around the clock.

ZANDER offers system solutions from 16 up to 350 bar. Capacity 35m³/h up to 2500 m³/h.

Manufactured by the specifications ISO 9001 and ISO 14000, the design of the delivered absorbers and filters is technically free from oil and grease, for applications involving technical gases of the fluid group 1 according to the pressurised equipment directive (DRG 97/23/EC). This ZANDER system solution dependably fulfils the standard for natural gas quality according to ISO 15403:2000(E) as well as compliance with the European directives for explosion protection according to ATEX (94/9/EG)
