Zappe
Purpose:
- sealing of blister caps against classic blister cardboard or paper for sales packs
- producing sterile packs for implants, syringes, medicine etc. (PET-Blister against Tyvek-paper)
Operation:
An already formed blister cap, loaded with products will be placed upside down into the sealing tool and covered by a blister cardboard or Tyvek paper. The operator pushes a two-hand button and the sealing table turns by 180° into the sealing station and starts automatically the sealing process. The heated sealing stamps presses the packing materials into the sealing tool and seals the blister. Meanwhile the operator removes the finished packs out of the second tool, which stands in front of the machine now, and reloads the tool again. After the stamp has released, the operator starts the machine again. Depending on pack's size several packs can be packed at the same time.
