Zappe
Purpose:
- sealing of blister caps against classic blister cardboard or paper for sales packs
- producing sterile packs for implants, syringes, medicine etc. (PET-Blister against Tyvek-paper)
Operation:
An already formed blister cap, loaded with products will be placed upside down into the sealing tool and covered by a blister cardboard or Tyvek paper. The operator pushes the loaded tool into the machine and starts automatically the sealing process.
The heated sealing stamps presses the packing materials into the sealing tool and seals the blister. After the stamp has released, the operator pulls the tool back and removes the finished packs. Depending on pack's size several packs can be packed at the same time.
