Highlight of the ZECHA product range are milling tools designed particularly for graphite in die production. Minimal tolerances even in series production tools allow reliable milling within 0.010mm.
Depending on the working conditions our tools offer tool life advantages of 20-50% on average compared to products of our competitors.
In cooperation with Zecha Link CemeCon, the specialist for super hard coatings, we have developed a Multilayer-Diamond-Coating which is especially adapted to the extremely narrow tolerance ranges of our tools. At present, we are capable of manufacturing end mills, radius mills and edge radius mills with diameters down to 0.2mm with this special coating.
