High frequency plastic welder for stretched ceilings Zemat Technology Group

Special designed Supra max HF welder to weld PVC film used for Stretched (French ) Ceiling applications. SUPRA HF Welder has universal application for both: PVC film welding and Harpoon welding with the use of special patented IAW™ "Inverted Airplane Wing" shape tooling. Cork coated work table allows handling of very thin and delicate films and backlit weld area helps to visually inspect weld precision and quality.

Machine is made in two models:
- foot pedal positioning
- fully pneumatic version for ease of operation

It may be also used in other industries where linear welds are used.

The RF welder has special shielding to protect the operator and it’s fully CE certified. Our welder (if needed) can be equipped in additional work tables (of different sizes) allowing for easier welding larger or more complex in shape products.

The machine is very simple and easy to use. It has programmable PLC and fast, reliable antiflash unit.
