High frequency plastic welder for stretched ceilings Zemat Technology Group
Special design RF welder to weld PVC film used for Stretched Ceiling applications. The machine is equipped in special high grade welding / cutting electrode to achieve straight line, almost invisible seam, during the foil welding operation.
With the use of unique (curve profiled) tooling the PVC film can be easily attached to a “harpoon” edging which allows for easy installation on the ceiling/wall with aluminum profiles or hangers.
Machine is made in two models:
- foot pedal positioning
- fully pneumatic version for ease of operation
It may be also used in other industries where linear welds are used.
The RF welder has special shielding to protect the operator and it’s fully CE certified. Our welder (if needed) can be equipped in additional work tables (of different sizes) allowing for easier welding larger or more complex in shape products.
The machine is very simple and easy to use. It has programmable PLC and fast, reliable antiflash unit.
