High frequency plastic welder for tarpaulins Zemat Technology Group
Model ZD8W
7,5 kw HF welder intended for welding tarpaulins and other big size PVC foil products. A machine is equipped in special gear which enables doing long and rectilinear cut-off welds during one working cycle. Console with electrode that gradually welds fabric enables to get unlimited length of weld. Special function of program almost eliminates participation of personnel during welding process.
Machine has computer controlling of PLC welding process, fast antiflash system and barrier protection from radiation. This welder has big production efficiency and it is easy in use. Optionally it has special rotating welding axis that enables setting any edge of weld without need of moving all fabric.
