High frequency plastic welder for blister packaging

Single station 2.5kW CE rated HF welder is used for sealing standard blister packaging made of PVC and PET-G. The machine has small movable (push/pull) work table allowing for quick loading of blister packs to be sealed. With the use of a special welding-cutting electrode a very aesthetic and durable seal can be done in just a few seconds.

The RF welder is simple and easy to use. It has programmable PLC and fast antiflash unit and it can be equipped with optional top heated platen. This type machines are working mostly in packaging, medical equipment, office supply and promotional items industries.
