Homeothermal rotary table welder ZSKP 1200 is designated for welding blister packs with blister cards covered with special glue. It is equipped with cardboard feeding device, a homeothermal electrode and a stand for collecting welded blisters. The machine version described below is semi-automatic, i.e. only arranging mouldings and products, which are to be packed, and supplementing cardboards drawn by the feeding device is done by hand. Other activities such as passing cardboards for mouldings, welding, and taking off blisters are completed by a machine, which to a large extend increases working comfort and the efficiency of production (four activities are being completed simultaneously). The welder is equipped with a rotary table with 4 positioners, which turns through an angle of 90°.
