The AMS is characterised by guiding rails mounted on the side of the base plate (X-axis) to give the user access to almost the entire measuring plate. The standard AMS model is fitted with pretensioned roller bearings, while the AMS-L and AMS-P variants feature super-precision linear guides. Precision roller bearings are used for the Y and Z-axis. This machine model is available for manual operation, with a motor drive or CNC controlled.
