The ZHEJIANG XINGSHENG high viscosity material feeding pumps are for thin medium, sanitary feeding applications. They feature a heat preservation sleeve design, a water cleaning mechanical seal, and can operate on temperatures up to 150 °C (maximum 180 °C). They can be made out of 304, 316 or 316L steel variants, depending on the specific needs. They can also contain a cooling or heating device, if requested. The sealing is out of silicon rubber, different medium may use fluorine rubber, Ethylene-Propylene Terpolymerisate rubber, PTFE rubber, nitrile rubber. the mechanical seal is covered with a silicon carbide alloy. Different media can use either graphite-silicon carbide, graphic-ceramic etc.
