Description

The sine wave shaped impeller has the unique ability to create four cavities each time it rotates past the lining space. This provision facilitates the solid-mixed fluid to be propelled forward towards the discharge outlet. A control device bifurcates the pump cavity into suction chamber and extraction chamber. This serves to regulate the working and discharge pressure. The pump bearing is kept lubricated by the control device. The Sine pump handles highly viscous matter efficiently. It has a low, top-quality shear. It has numerous advantages. It suctions highly viscous matter powerfully. The low pulsation rate provides a consistent flow with no obstructions. Since it has just a single shaft, maintenance is easy and cost-efficient. Main components can easily be replaced when they have served their working life. A low shear facilitates the transfer of shear-sensitive material. It is compatible with CIP cleaning systems.
