Description

Description The bending torsion machine is applicable in the bending and torsion test for different types of insulators. It is widely applied in the bending and torsion test for insulator’s fittings and other power line fittings. In IEC standard, the cantilever load for post insulator is an essential test for all post insulators in high voltage electrical substation, transmission and distribution. No matter the post insulator is made of porcelain or fiber glass, they are required to reach its designed mechanical bending load and torsion load. This insulator bending test machine is designed to perform cantilever test according to IEC or ANSI standard. This machine is composed of servo motor, free from liquid pollution. For bending test, it can test post insulator in four directions so that the post insulator can be check completely and user shall know fully know where the problem is. For torque test, the sensor of torque enables its high accuracy of measurement. This insulator bending tester is controlled by computer, the force of testing can be preset in software and entire testng process is performed automatically. The software will display a live curve on screen for easy observation, and testing result can be recorded, saved ,printed and recalled ,which makes it very convinient for user to know the mechanical properties of the post insulator. Additional information Test length - 1.5m Max cantilever force - 20kN Max torque - 10kN.M
