ZIRCAR Alumina Papers are uniform structures made principally of alumina fiber. APA-1 is a strong, flexible material with fibers held together with organic binder that is available in roll or sheet form. APA-2 is a flexible un-bonded sheet that contains no organic binder. APA-3 is a thin uniformly rigidized sheet of alumina fiber and binder. They all are useful at temperatures as high as 1650°C (3002°F).
