ZIRCAR Ceramics produces a wide range of alumina-silica fiber based insulation products. Some of these products have unique properties and characteristics others are more utility grade. Their densities cover a wide range from 12 pcf of Type ECO-1200 to a much harder and stronger 60 pcf of Type HASH-60. The range of sizes we produce is incredible and goes from small 1" x 1" x 1/8" pieces of HASH 60 used in electrical switching equipment to AXL staved cylinders the inside of which is large enough to heat treat a city bus.
