The ZOLLER "genius 3" measuring and inspection machine is the ultimate product for
any tool manufacturing and resharpening company, as it allows fully automatic and
user-independent tool measuring and inspection.
The "genius 3" is equipped with 5 CNC-controlled axes for measurement and inspection
of virtually any tool parameter - fast, simple, precise to the micron and fully automatic.
The "genius 3 micro" is specially designed to measure micro tools down to 0.1
mm/0.0039". Equipped with a 500-fold magnification incident light camera the "genius 3
micro" can automatically inspect tools tinier than a match.
The "genius 3" and the "genius 3 micro" are designed to be tied into the network for
electronic data exchange with CNC-controlled grinding machines.
