On site oxygen/hydrogen gas generator
ZTEK
a fuel mixture with steam.
An integral fuel cell produces electricity for Zero-Emission
Vehicles (ZEV) and the station's power needs.
Hydrogen and carbon monoxide gases are produced by a
reformer in a high-temperature enclosure. The reformer
utilizes the waste heat from the fuel cell, reaching an
unsurpassed 200% hydrogen production efficiency.
Carbon Monoxide and steam react to create more hydrogen
and carbon dioxide in shift beds.
Carbon dioxide is removed in a sieve bed,
leaving 99.99 % pure hydrogen.
Hydrogen is compressed to 6,000 psi and stored.
Hydrogen is dispensed to Zero-Emission
Fuel Cell Vehicles. (ZEFCV)
