The control device to discovered MOCON is a series of components for the universal orders with engines making it possible to position dynamically and exactly all kinds of servo-motors.
The servo-motors, independently of their design like engine with D.C. current or driving AC without brush, are the ideal elements of drive for all the functions of adjustment and movement in the construction of installation and the mechanical engineering.
Moreover, orders MOCON have a modular concept so that the adequate complementary block exists for each case of application, since the system with an axis with the system of multiple axes.
Function of adjustment PID with short duration of cycle
The order constantly supervises the place of the tree of the engine and control thus the position. The transmitter of position, placed on the tree - it acts in the majority of the cases of an incremental coder - then is questioned permanently and compared approximately 3000 times a second with the programmed set point. If the MOCON detects a variation, it compensates for the difference and readjusts the tree of the engine.
An independent microcontrolor supervises the course of the program unceasingly, manages the interfaces and controls the state of the machine or the installation.
