Description
D03 is a very simple machine that is used in chocolate processing. It has three nozzles that fill the moulds that are brought to the precise position via a conveyor belt. After completion of filling the moulds ,they are automatically pushed further to complete the filling. Then the filled mould is transported out of the machine and a new empty mould takes it place. A hand wheel is used for regulating weight and/or volume of the filling mixture. Different cylinder diameters can be used with precise repeatability. Furthermore, the heating of the container and the nozzle is possible.
