50 MHz, 2 Inputs, 2 Generators | HF2IS
Zurich Instruments
The HF2IS is the solution you require for dynamic electrical impedance spectroscopy. This growing field of research is profiting from advances in electronic measurement and interpretation tools and elevates electrical impedance spectroscopy to the level of other established optical methods. Two differential measurement units cover a wide frequency range from 1 µHz to 50 MHz and 4 dual-phase demodulators, are matched with the unprecedented accuracy of a 128-bit DSP engine. The input voltage noise is as low as 5 nV/√Hz and allows for highest sensitivities at filter time constants between 1 µs - 500 s.
All HF2 Instruments include:
- 2 high-frequency measurement units
- 2 high-frequency multi-sine signal generators
- 1 high-resolution Frequency Response Sweeper
- 1 high-resolution FFT Spectrum Analyzer
- 1 low-resolution oscilloscope (2048 samples) plus FFT
- 1 time domain spectroscope
Instruments can be upgraded later in the field with a real-time programming option that enables you to implement and execute custom real-time algorithms directly inside the HF2IS. Your programs written in C are supported by a rich library and react to inputs in less than 10 µs.
Applications: Bio-technology & microfluidics, Semiconductors & engineering, Electrochemical impedance measurement, Material science & solid-state physics, Food quality control
