Video extensometer lightXtens

The lightXtens extensometer is manufactured having the capability of providing safe, reliable and accurate type of measurements during tensile tests on high-extension, highly-elastic and contact-sensitive kind of materials. Due to its robust design and ease of operation, it is considered as an ideal alternative to a video or laser-based extensometers. LightXtens satisfies the requirements of Accuracy Class 1 to ISO 9513 from 3 mm. It is suitable for use in an extended temperature range when used together with a conjunction that has temperature chambers. It also has the ability to elevate room temperature without requiring an advanced kind of setting-up operations. The gage length is determined automatically during the test. From there, it is now delievered to testXpert II.
