Universal hardness tester

This Universal Hardness tester manufacturer with its excellent price/performance ratio is used for both: classical hardness tests on metals and for the testing of plastics, in particular.

It works, for example, according to the Rockwell R, L, M, á(alpha) test methods and determines the ball indentation hardness. All conventional optical hardness test methods (Vickers, Brinell, Knoop) and the depth measurement method (Rockwell) can also be carried out in compliance with the standards within a load range from 1 to 250 kg.

The essential features manufacturer of bearing out the quality of the machine are its ease of operation, an outstandingly large test area, the measurement without parallax error (with the lines of measurement being integrated in the ground-glass screen optics), a fully automatic test sequence, and the use of a high-precision closed loop system. Another plus is the extraordinary depth of focus. With the RS232 connection to the test software testXpert®, all tests can be evaluated and documented. For example, data can be transferred to quality assurance systems for further processing.
