When combined with ZYGO's proprietary MetroPro™ software, the GPI systems offer a wide range of operational features and data analysis tools for unmatched measurement capability.
The GPI family provides a solution for most metrology applications from the basic visual fringe inspection configuration, to a phase-modulated high-resolution measurement system, or a vibration-insensitive acquisition technique featuring ZYGO's FlashPhase™ software. Custom GPI solutions, for operation at a specific wavelength, or with special metrology features, are also available as part of the total metrology solution from ZYGO.
