DVD400™ Series Zygo

ZYGO's series of DVD400™ interferometers provide high-accuracy measurement of transmitted wavefront quality of DVD optical components at a wavelength of 405 nm.

The DVD400™ interferometers are designed with enhanced imaging to satisfy the performance requirements for DVD optical storage and audio-visual devices. The system's Fizeau interferometer uses a 405 nanometer laser diode light source and a high-resolution imaging system to ensure accurate metrology at the operational wavelength of the DVD optical components.
