ROTOSHIELD is specially formulated to meet the unique demands found in today’s rotational molding environment. Designed to maximize process efficiency, ROTOSHIELD’s non-flammable and non-toxic properties make it safe to use on hot tools without interrupting existing cycle times and without the need for a bake cycle. The rapid cure formulation provides multiple de-moldings between applications and reduced scrap rates from sticking or warping.

ROTOSHIELD is easy to apply and when used properly, will not build up on the mold surface or transfer to a finished part. The polymer coating will not alter the finish of the mold or the molded part and will not interfere with secondary processing requirements. This advanced formula does not require mixing or agitation, making it easy to store and dispense from the convenient bulk packing into the user-friendly spray bottles.
