Shanghai Zhongji Machinery Manufacturing Co. Ltd (“Zhongji” in short) was established in 1992. Our company has 3 factories located at the Qingpu and Jiading Industrial Zone in Shanghai which cover a total area of 50,000 square meters of land, with more than 600 staffs and workers. As the leading and reliable manufacturer of Sandwich Panel Production Lines, PU Foaming Machines and Roll Forming Machines, we are mainly engaged in the research & development of our products, machine manufacturing, plant designing, and talent training. We are the first drafter of the China National Standards for 3D Panel.

During the past 20 years, we passed and had been approved for the CE certificate, ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System Certificate, and have more than 50 patents.

The double belt continuous sandwich panel line can produce PU fire-proof board, door board, PU + Mineral wool sandwich panels, and high standard rock wool sandwich panels. PU high pressure foaming machines have different adjustment range.

The Mineral Wool Sandwich Panel Production Line produced by Zhongji has achieved the strip cutting of 250mm thickness of high-density mineral wool panel, automatic conveying, flip angle of 90 degrees as well as the saw cutting , automatic stacking and wrapping of the sandwich panel after production, and can produce different models of wall panels, roof panels, door panels and cold storage panels, etc.

Zhongji roll forming machines can be designed and customized to manufacture various profiles of panels, such as guard rails, floor decks, C/Z purlins. Australia designer for Roll Forming Machines, Mr. Paul Cooper, developed over 200 sets of equipment for over 25 years.

In June 2012, the General Manager of Zhongji, Mr. Yonghui Li, and the Italian CEO of Alessiohitech S.R.L, Mr.Gianni Franco Alessio, signed an agreement in Milan for the production of insulation material Machinery in Shanghai; Surely, the cooperation with Alessiohitech S.R.L has greatly enhanced the quality and customer service system of Zhongji worldwide.
