Rosink Cleaner:
Aqueous cleaning of parts!
The Rosink Cleaner is an economic, forward-looking, environmentally friendly, efficient and mobile alternative to solvent cleaning. The system technology of the Rosink Cleaner offers a modular system allowing customization of the highest degree. It is possible to equip the Rosink Cleaner with integrated rinsing programs in single or multi-tub systems followed by drying programs.
Cleaning method
Consisting of 96% water and 4% biodegradable special detergent, the cleansing liquid is automatically heated and controlled by a timer. The parts to be cleaned are simply put in the rotary basket and then the pivoting lid is closed and safety locked. A pump sets the cleansing liquid under pressure and transports it via special fan nozzles to the parts to be cleaned.
Retrofitting as a rotary drum cleaning machine
It takes only a few seconds to retrofit the Rosink Cleaner as a rotary drum cleaning machine. Simply hook in the basket receiver into the centring device and insert the unigoods basket with the goods to be cleaned. The drum equipment is particularly well suited to the thorough cleaning of hardware, bulk goods, scooping parts etc. Sensitive parts can be fixed inside the drum. The velocity of the drum depends on the application and is between 1 and 20 rpm. With a few simple steps a special nozzle holder can be attached, this makes the drum cleaning most effective and efficient.

The Rosink Cross Beam Cleaner is an economic, efficient and environmentally friendly cleaning system for oversized parts.
Conception
The Rosink Cross Beam Clean has its application in fast, economic and environmentally friendly cleaning of long goods.
Placed on a mesh shelf the oversized parts are cleaned and washed longitudinal trough the displaceable blast connection inside of the closed washing cabinet.
The cleaning medium, consisting of approximately 96 % water as well as 4 % washing active substances, is conducted withal in a circuit.
Afterwards the high-performance hot air drying caters for a fast drying of the parts.

Multi Cleaner DR
This is a water-based system. The tanks in the bottom part of the system used for cleaning and rinsing have a volume of 300 l each. Heating of liquids is achieved by electrical heating systems.
The ingenious tub exchanging equipment provides a celar sparation of liquids. Variable rotating functions are available to be integrated as extras. Treatment times can be selected via pots on the control panel. SPS controls for the system is available on request.

Application:
The cot grinding machine SZ1 HA serves for semi-automatic grinding of all common top rollers in spinning mills. The forward movement is carried out by a stepper motor drive. The final position of advance, grinding time and polishing time are adjustable through the display.
Scope of application:
Same as cot grinding machine type SZ1 M. With our additional holding appliance Suessen ELITops can be ground to the pre-selected diameter without dismantling of the unit. Two ELITops can be ground simultaneously.

The flat end milling machine RFEM is used for exact milling of the contact surface on the ends of the flats.
