Our company is specialized in design and construction of NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINING CENTRES 3, 4, 5 axis for cutting and machining soft materials (aluminium, composites, plastic, wood).
Ranges of application are extremely different (aeronautics, automobil and plastic industries, appearance cover, houseold furniture, naval construction, shaping, molds and patterns...).
Our range represents single and multispindle machines with and without automatic tool changers.
Standard capacities from 2000 mm x 1000 mm to 40 metres x 6 metres.
Machines are designed with :
- moving gantry and fixed table for long products,
- fixed gantry and one moving table for smaller components and two moving tables for higher productivity.
- overhead moving gantry.
High velocity movements due to brushless or linear motors combined with high speed spindles allow increased productivity. The installation of an automatic Tool Changer or multi-spindles also allows the regrouping of different operations within the same machining area.

1. Lift-Adiramatic is a plate loading system from
an entry pallet.
2. Lift-Adiramatic Plus enables, apart from
loading new plates, the unloading of already
cut plates on outlet pallets while the
machine is cutting other plates.
3. With the Adiramatic Tower starting from
the cutting programme, the loading of the
plate to cut and the unloading of the cut
material can be done automatically without
the intervention of the operator.
New and already cut plates are stored in
coded drawers that are set on multi-drawers
storage towers, being used whenever

Laser welding system ELC 250 DUO
The extraordinarily sturdy twin-spindle laser-welding machine offers simultaneous loading and unloading of the work spindles. The clamped/compressed component can be welded axially and radially. An integrated compression unit ensures that welding distortion is reduced to a minimum. The ELC 250 DUO features a fixed beam-focusing unit.
