Being a table top system, the NAUTILUS is suitable for stationary use as well as for mobile use. It operates with a conventional power of 230 V (110 V optional) and does not require any external cooling.
The classification laser class 1 means, the marking system has got the same safety requirements as a hifi system.
With the NAUTILUS you can mark almost any material – flat and shaped parts, standard marking tasks or serial numbers – this marking system simply offers you maximum fl exibility. RotoTab is a extremely compact, silent system and works them, installabile in immediate and simple way on any writing desk.
Equipped with a rotary table to 2 positions from the diameter of 400mm, it allows the labelling is of small like of great series of details in masked time. In fact not there is some wait: during the phase of cargo of the piece the laser is already marking - perfectly in emergency - the present detail inside of the labelling room.
The highest speed and the remarkable accuracy of the system RotoTab laser render it the ideal instrument for the labelling and the recording of Anodized and not Anodized metals, which as an example aluminum, copper, titanium, steel, chromium, hard metal, nickel and of very many types of plastic. Moreover the spot dimension can be personalized according to the application, allowing the labelling also alphanumeric characters on parts smallest which as an example lives for medical treatment by implant or the realization of diggings and recordings to highest definition.
The axis Z motorized and completely controlled from PC allows to mark details of various spessori from 0 to 150mm. The movimentazione of the axis can be easy carried out also with a joystick, that it quite becomes a used indispensable instrument if with to the system of focusing SmartFocus.
