The NX range permits a module selection which includes at the same time mechanical interlocking systems so that it turns into one single element.
The NX range is a versatile and modular system for machinery guarding applications. The NX range is composed of mechanical bolt locks with modules like herses for padlock or electrical contact of security, and accessories from different latches type.
The principle of key release and locking is directly integrated in the interlocking system.

Set the vehicle immobility to perform loading or unloading operations.
After locking the wedge on the wheel, the key is freleased after pushing on the bar and can be transferred to another lock like a barrier or a safety curtain, a dock leveler, a valve, a pump...), thus ensuring that the driver is unable to leave the dock until the operation is finished.
To remove the truck shoe, trapped the key and pull the bar.
Two rollers allow easy placement and removal of the wedge.
A STOP sign is included with the wedge to inform the driver that it is in place.

It is assembled as an addition to a door latch
It avoids accidents related to the possible locking of an operator in a dangerous area.
It is equipped with a push button and safety contact block for the equipment emergency stop, the DEU adapts to all types of door latches and it is installed inside the protected area.
The emergency evacuation device forces ejection of the latch. The pushing the button frees the latch and stops the machine immediately due to a 2 0 safety contact and permits opening of the access by pushing the door.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION DEVICE
In case of emergency:
1 – The locked-in operator presses the push button.
2 – The latch separates from the DEU.
3 – The safety contact opens the emergency stop circuit.
To re-start, it will be necessary to unblock the latch after the installation is safe.
The latch must be assembled in the fixed part of the access.

Board that permits the interchange of two sets of keys (40 key slots maximum)
It is necessary that all the keys in the upper part of the desk be in place in order to remove keys from the lower part. The same rule is valid in the opposite direction: a predetermined number of keys have to be inserted in order to release the other group of keys.

This barrier can be used alone or coupled with the truck shoe.
A safety lock type S0P15 is inserted in the moving parts to block the horizontal position of the barrier (access closed).
The key is trapped while the barrier is open and can be release if barrier is in closed position.

Lock for blocking pneumatic circuits
- This rotating lock is designed to block pneumatic circuits in the open or closed position.
- Upon rotating the handle, the valve state/position is changed.
- With the handle in the free position, the valve is blocked open or closed, based on the requirements of the application.
