Waldmann ESD-luminaires smooth discharge protects valuable components.
Waldmann ESD-luminaires are designed and manufactured using methods that eliminate an electrostatic build-up and controls discharge. Plastics present a significant danger. They are insulators and cannot normally conduct electricity.
The use of special plastics has made it possible to reach the necessary discharge ability for electrostatic charges. It is not recommended to equip the luminaires with any conductive materials, especially metal. An electrostatic build-up is conducted through metal at high speed, and this dramatically increases the risk of a harmful spark discharge.
The grounding of the luminaire components is equally as important as the use of anti-static materials. Without a functional ground, the use of the best materials is ineffective.
All Waldmann ESD-luminaires have been ap-proved by the internationally respected Swedish institution SP. A copy of the certificate is available upon re-quest from Waldmann.
The housing, the magnifier frame and the joints of the Waldmann luminaires are molded from special plastics. All steel and aluminium parts are specially treated to ensure a controlled electrostatic discharge.

FLAT LED - LED Flood Light
FLAT LED - A machine luminaire with minimal height, maximum luminous power and intelligent PLUG + LIGHT electronics, which allows direct connection to 24-volt direct or alternating current. Machine Luminaire PRO LED
The PRO LED luminaire series offers a wide range of variability.
For example, four different lengths are available so that the lighting can be adjusted to the particular room dimensions.
Depending on the task, less or more light illumination may be necessary. Here as well, the PRO LED offers various options due to the availability of different beams angles.
The PRO LED luminaire series features the latest LED technology and intelligent thermal management, which ensures a long LED service life. The luminaire’s aluminium casing, as well as the 4 mm-thick safety glass is resistant to wear & tear, coolants, lubricants, chip bombardments and is also waterproof in accordance with IP 67. Plus the luminaire can be operated at ambient temperatures of up to 40 °C.

The MACH LED offers variability in new dimensions. The MACH LED can be individually adapted to illumination requirements.
MACH LED is equipped with the latest LED technology and thermal management, which guarantees a long service life of the LEDs. The aluminum housing is wear-resistant, insensitive to lubricants and coolants, resistant against the bombardment of chips and waterproof according to IP 67. And another important feature: MACH LED is suitable for ambient temperatures of up to 40° C.

ONE LED was created following the motto "maximum light, minimal housing". However, the ONE LED provides maximum lighting despite its minimal design at ambient temperatures of up to 50°C. The ONE LED is therefore not only predestined for printing presses, but are suitable for all machines with minimum space and high temperatures.
The connection is fast and easy with the Quickon connection system. Connection errors are excluded, since the ONE LED is equipped with reverse polarity.
