The TIH 100m are SKF'S Medium induction heater built with high heating capacity of up to 120 kg bearing. It is built with the induction coil placed outside of the housing for optimum heating capabilities. The housing itself is made from steel and glass filled polyamide that contributes to the TIH 100m's heating efficiency. It's a cost efficient induction heater, with its fast heating capacity, reducing heating time and power consumption. Integrated with a 2-step power setting, automatic demagnetization and adjustable swivel arm to accommodate large sized yokes. The temperature mode can be preset at 110 °C to prevent bearing overheating.
