Continuous tunnel shot blasting machine equipped with a hanging conveyor, designed for surface cleaning of sheets, NPI/NPU sections, angles, profiles and finished components.
Working principle
Parts are transported through the tunnel on a hanging conveyor. Turbines are positioned to blast the part from both top and bottom, ensuring complete surface treatment according to part geometry.
Advantages and integration
Suitable for processing finished parts and can be integrated with washing, drying and painting lines. Conveyor speed is adjustable via digital speed control to match part type and required surface finish.
Manufacture and customization
