Strong and elastic, AT79 is a non-adhesive, polythene self-amalgamating tape with an easily removed interleave. Ideal for insulating, sealing, splicing and repair of trailing cables, waterproofing of electrical connections and temporary and emergency repair of plumbing joints. With a high dielectric strength, the tape can withstand a wide range of temperature from -35°C to +130°C and therefore can be used where sustained extreme temperature exposure is expected. It not only guarantees performance in various environments, AT79 also offers high resistance to water, ozone and to a wide range of chemicals including alkalis, hydraulic fluids and vegetable oils.
